International Cinema Chain, for its Hungarian media sales department is looking for a

Marketing & Media Sales Coordinator.

This person will be responsible for the support and implementation of the Company’s cinema advertising marketing & sales policy.

Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing marketing activities and events from A to Z;
• Handling marketing budget, initiating and adapting marketing materials;
• Writing newsletters;
• Handling social media;
• Direct clients and media houses meetings;
• Preparing, updating and holding presentations;
• Prepare media offers based on customers’ needs, present and close them, follow-trough;
• Keeping contact with cinemas, distributors, production companies, press;
• Sending reports;

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in B2B sales and/or event organizing;
• University Degree or equivalent;
• Comprehensive knowledge of the media market;
• Fluent English language skills;
• CAN-DO attitude;
• Proactive;
• Able to work under time pressure;
• Detail oriented, highly organized;
• Ability to multitask;
• Excel / power point and presentation skills;
• Passion for cinema/advertising business;
