Iustin (Alex Bogdan) is a lawyer, but his career dream, which he has made almost every necessary compromise for, is threatened by the presence of Maya (Eva Măruță), his 8-year-old god-daughter, whom he suddenly finds out that he has to take care of, even though he is not good with children at all. Iustin's life is turned upside down, and Maya isn't happy with her new "part-time daddy" either. Will Iustin cope with this new kind of gentile parenting he has no idea about?
