Two sisters who have been at odds with each other for years – Jaśmina and Małgorzata – set off from Warsaw to Kharkiv to bring back their seriously injured father. After the war broke out in Ukraine, the man worked there as a volunteer, transporting medical supplies. The sisters' relationship was never the easiest. The younger Małgorzata always felt inferior, more alienated and unwanted. She had the feeling that her father favored the older Jaśmina. Now, however, for the good of the person closest to them, the girls must join forces and abandon old grudges. Will they succeed? Will there be room for love, understanding and forgiveness in this inhuman world they have reached?
