The film's protagonists are Piero and Lara. Their first morning causes understandable stress for both of them. They both want to show themselves from the best side and avoid mistakes, which are easy to make when nervous, but also to get to know the thoughts and sense the desires of the other person. Genovese, looking deep into the thoughts of his characters, shows their fears, uncertainties and needs. He discovers the mysterious mechanisms that are responsible for our actions. Different personalities have their own voice and their own reasons. They discuss, argue, get emotional, and each of them wants their decision to be final. And what if neither of them is right?
