Ray Hayes (Kevin James) is an ex-cop who leads a double life and moonlights as a mafia assistant. Things get out of hand during his last assignment. Ray has only one night to save his family and get them out of town before he himself is eliminated. A race against time begins, Ray must do everything to keep his family safe while hiding his dark secret from his children.
