Inu-Oh looks different from everyone else from birth. His parents cover every inch of his body with clothes and his face with a mask. One day, Inu-Oh meets a blind boy named Tomona who plays the biwa. When Tomona begins to sing and play, Inu-Oh is amazed to discover that he has an extraordinary talent for dancing. And so an inseparable duo is formed. Tomona and Inu-Oh begin to share their talents with the audience. Their performances quickly gain fame and attract crowds.
