College student Hana falls in love with a "werewolf," and their union produces two half-human, half-wolf children, Ame and Yuki. The young family's humble but happy life is brutally interrupted when the father is tragically killed while hunting. Unable to cope with raising her children in the bustling city, Hana decides to move to an old house in the countryside, hoping that her children will one day choose their own path to happiness—whether "human" or "wolf."
