Film tells the story of Ainara, an intelligent teenager on the threshold of adulthood who, at a certain point, discovers her religious calling. She decides to join a closed convent. Her decision provokes opposition from her loved ones, particularly her domineering aunt, and the process of "discernment" becomes a painful experience for the girl—not because of spiritual doubts, but because of a lack of understanding from her family. Raised by a distant father and surrounded by chaotic relationships within her relatives, Ainara struggles to navigate her own path amid family conflicts, the pressure of expectations, and her first crushes.
