Two years after the AI ​​marvel M3GAN went on a murderous (and impeccably choreographed) rampage and was subsequently destroyed, M3GAN’s creator, Gemma (Allison Williams), has become a vocal advocate for government oversight of AI. Meanwhile, Gemma’s niece, Cady (Violet McGraw), is now 14 and rebelling against Gemma’s overprotective rules. In this new chapter, the technology that powers M3GAN is mysteriously stolen and misused by a powerful military contractor to create a robot spy known as Amelia (Ivanna Sakhno). But as Amelia’s self-awareness grows, she becomes decidedly less interested in taking orders from or being around humans. With the future of human existence at stake, Gemma realizes her only option is to resurrect M3GAN (Amie Donald) and give her a few upgrades that will make her faster, stronger, and deadlier. When the robots cross paths, a showdown will ensue.
