The brave dogs from the PAW Patrol are shipwrecked on an unknown tropical island full of dinosaurs when their ship is caught in a storm. There they meet Rex - a puppy who has been trapped on the island for years and has become a real expert in everything related to ancient reptiles. The situation gets out of control when the dogs' eternal rival, Mayor Humdinger, begins to harvest raw materials to exploit the island's natural resources. He unknowingly causes the eruption of a huge, dormant volcano. The dogs face a series of extremely risky rescues - bigger and more dangerous than ever before. They must stop Humdinger before everything on the island becomes extinct.
