Hank Malone, a former soldier accustomed to handling the toughest assignments, receives a seemingly simple mission: to deliver a healthy liver needed for an urgent transplant for a seven-year-old girl. Joined by an unexpected partner, Ben Bishop, he sets out on a journey that quickly turns into a desperate race against time. When a ruthless cartel—prepared to do anything to seize the precious organ—picks up their trail, every minute and every mile becomes a fight for survival. Pursued by merciless criminals, Hank and Ben must overcome their own weaknesses, learn to trust one another, and see the mission through at all costs. For somewhere at the end of the road waits a child whose life depends on their success.
