Tornado, a dancer and daughter of a Japanese puppeteer, finds her life turned upside down when her father's traveling troupe is brutally attacked by a gang led by Sugarman and his son, Little Sugar. After the massacre, she vows revenge and embarks on a solitary journey to recover the stolen gold and fight for her own life.
