In November, Polish cinemas welcomed nearly 6 million viewers.
This was thanks in part to the deeply moving Polish film Dom Dobry, directed by Wojciech Smarzowski, but also to the premiere weekend of the animated film Zwierzogród 2 (Zootopia 2), which proved to be a box office hit, and the attendance figures for the Polish romantic comedy with a Christmas theme, Uwierz w Mikołaja 2.
Dom dobry has been conquering the Polish box office since its first days in cinemas. The production recorded the best opening for a Polish film this year. It is also the most-watched domestic film in cinemas, which truly moved a large part of Polish society and sparked numerous comments. The current attendance figure for this title is 2.2 million tickets sold. The film is still available on the big screen and has a chance to surpass the attendance record set by Minecraft: The Movie, which has been reigning supreme since April.
Zootopia 2, featuring the new adventures of the endearing police duo Judy and Nick. During its opening weekend, it attracted nearly 600,000 viewers to cinemas. This is a very good result, proving that the fan base for this title is not diminishing and that new fans have emerged who only saw the first part via streaming. The film will remain in cinemas for several more weeks, and the final attendance figures will be really high. Currently, it has already attracted over 1.6 million viewers.
Uwierz w Mikołaja first appeared in cinemas in 2023. Two years later, we can once again see what is happening at the Happy End retirement home and follow the stories of new characters. This modern Christmas Eve tale attracted over 500,000 viewers in Poland.

Five Night at Freddy's 2, a box office hit in the horror genre, surprised everyone with the premiere of the first part. We expect a similar result this year. The fan base of the saga is constantly growing, also thanks to trendy products related to the title.
Probably the biggest box office hit of the year, Avatar, will hit theatres on 19 December! Director James Cameron has kept us waiting three years for the next instalment of the saga. We return to Pandora, where the united Na'vi clans face another threat... This production is a must-see in the cinema. We especially recommend it at Cinema City cinemas, in BNP Paribas IMAX, Sizeer 4dx and ScreenX formats.
